2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1 All quotations are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to change following a site inspection.
2.2 Quotations are valid for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Prices may change if:

Access to the work area is restricted
Additional labor, equipment, or materials are required

3. Bookings and Cancellations
3.1 Bookings may be made via telephone, email, or through our website.
3.2 We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
3.3 Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

5.2 We will not be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects including, but not limited to:
Cracked paving or concrete
Loose pointing or rendering
Damaged roof tiles
Worn or deteriorated sealants
Loose joints in block paving
Aged or fragile surfaces
6. Damage and Liability
6.1 We take reasonable care while carrying out all services.
6.2 We will not be liable for damage caused by:
Pre-existing defects
General wear and tear
Improper installation of surfaces or materials
Hidden structural issues
Weak, damaged, or aged surfaces
6.3 Any concerns or claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
6.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Results Disclaimer
7.1 While we aim to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, marks, or organic growth.
7.2 Results may vary depending on surface type, condition, age, and material.
8. Health and Safety
8.1 We operate in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
8.2 Customers must ensure that children and pets are kept away from the work area while services are being carried out.
9. Use of Photographs
9.1 We may take before-and-after photographs of work completed.
